All of our Thermal Treatment Systems are designed to produce the lowest emissions possible.

Our standard incinerator range is designed in a way that all exhaust gas has to pass through a secondary chamber for complete re-burn or “Thermal Oxidisation” of harmful gas components in excess oxygen conditions. Exhaust gases are then retained for a period of time at 850 – 1200°C, depending on the application.

Not all systems produced by other manufacturers can with Thermal Oxidisers, we offer a wide variety of units that are easily integrated into your existing system which come standard with independent automatic control to ensure legal compliance and complete combustion of exhaust gases prior to exit to the atmosphere.
